TSR Thursday Showdowns

 

Final Scores after 5 Weeks of Events. (All traveling riders have not been figured in yet.) 
Final Places are figured on riders best score in 4 out of 5 weeks. Ties are decided by who won more contests head2head.
The top five riders from each division will receive invitations to compete at the National Points Championships held at 
TSR October 8th-10th. The top three riders will count towards team scoring, while the other two will be invited to compete 
on an individual basis. If any of the top three riders can not compete, the others will move up and represent the team.

Week 5 Top 10 Highlights:
10 - 54 riders but the spectators came out in heards with the sunshine!
9 - Kyle Cameron continues to get better each week and lands a slim chance to the inside as clean as can be.
8 - Andy Brookes wins beginner and propels himself into 2nd overall in beginner.
7 - Tim Summers lands a bigger spin and wins wakeskate.
6 - Hunter Dominates both Wakeski and Advanced wakeboard!
5 - Sam Scoggings takes third and edges out Tom Fooshee overall for the third spot (Tom only rode 3 weeks)!
4 - Conner Schephard rides with a broken arm, takes last but earns one point which qualified him in 3rd, by a single point!
3 - Blake Hess getting worked twice, again. Why do people like it more when I crash?
2 - Baylor Scott lands a HS Air off the kicker for his first time ever in beginner.
1 - Tom Fooshee lands five different 9's without falling in one competition!

Week 4 Top 10 Highlights:
10 - 52 riders, again in the rain, just think what we could do with some sunshine!
9 - Kyle Cameron almost becomes the second person ever to land a Pete7, funny the first guy rides here too.
8 - Intermediate and Advanced riders are forced to learn air tricks, its working!!!.
7 - Sam Scoggins and Cody Johnson will try to hold off Tom Fooshee for the final spot in Pro, Tom will try to qualify with just 3 events.
6 - The Sea World Crew comes out for the DJ and beer pong tourney, and wins again!
5 - Cody Johnson continues to stay in the hunt despite only making it to the booter each week, big hammers in half a lap!
4 - Colton Moran takes his first win in intermediate, him and Evan are making it hard on the rest!
3 - Blake Hess getting worked twice on the same broken board, it is amazing how quick a broken board stops when landing an airtrick!
2 - Michael Simmons wins Beginner and all but guarantees the beginner title.
1 - Kyle Cameron edges out Josh Rice for his first ever pro title, both riders earn spots in the championships!

Week 3 Top 10 Highlights:
10 - Tropical Storm Alex (a downgraded hurricane) slowed us down to 46 riders! Not bad between torrential downpours.
9 - Josh Rice continues to defy time and wins Pro, AGAIN! Blake Hess lands a 31-3, not bad for no practice whatsoever.
8 - Riders begin to distance themselves from the competition, until low score gets dropped it seems to be a runaway, things will change.
7 - Hunter Hansen gets hi s first win in Advanced Wakeboard and Beer Pong, needs wake ski for the triple crown.
6 - Ryan Koth makes his first back mobe in Wake Ski, confirms the win!
5 - Advanced is the biggest division this week, with three events we have had a different division be the fullest each week!
4 - Emmit Hall continues to dominate Int. with the best overall run: Sliders, Kickers & Air Tricks... Again!
3 - Colton Moran takes 2nd in INT because he landed a crow mobe for the first time ever but it isn't allowed in INT. Still managed 2nd without it!
2 - Michael Simmons retakes the title in Beginner. Tyler Figol moves up the ranks with a 2nd in Wakeskate.
1 - Sandollar Cafe (formerly Coconutz) begins a after party at event conclusion with D.J. and Beer Pong! Can't wait for next week!

10 - Entire Obscura Team in town for LF photo shoot
9 - Cody Johnson gets 3rd with 1/2 a run & falling on his wildcard & Josh Rice continues to defy time and wins Pro.
8 - Aaron Reed rides better as his mustache grows longer! 2 different 3's coming of tib fib snap.
7 - Young Riders continue to impress judges, Connor Shepherd takes 1st again in advanced.
6 - Tom Fooshee not around (cincy) so Josh Rice continues to dominate like it is the 2005 world games.
5 - 15 riders in the beginner division, congrats to Tyler Sommer for winning!
4 - Emmit Hall continues to dominate Int. with the best overall run: Sliders, Kickers & Air Tricks!
3 - Grant Roberts continues to win some comp on every visit to TSR! 
2 - Andy Baker lands front mobe on wakeskis, Hunter lands a gainer to blind!
1 - 61 Riders in 4 hours, New Showdown Record!!!

10 - Andrew Lehman is the first rider off the dock in Intermediate and wins the division with 13 riders.

8 - Michael Simmons holds off the Dorrestijn brothers as they both learned new tricks for the event.
7 - Matt Davidson lands a hard flip in wakeskate
6 - Tom Fooshee falls early on his first run but handles the pressure from himself and other riders to win pro division
5 - Kyle Cameron and Sam Scoggins ride their best and narrow the gap with Tom Fooshee
4 - Hunter Hansen wins first wakeski event at TSR Showdowns, a new era begins.
3 - Blake Hess runs down just before his turn and takes third in advanced despite not riding for nearly a month before his run. 
2 - Bret Little Wins Wakeskte with one arm inside his vest!
1 - 50 Riders in 3.5 hours, the event ran smoothly and more riders on the water than any other showdown.
