Blue Rock
This cable water-ski uses an overhead cable system (slim pillars are put on the side of the lake to carry the cable in position) with an electric motor which pulls users around the lake. This system is completely user-friendly and safe, as the water skiing is in a controlled area in addition to buoys and floating walkways which also separate activities. Skilled water-ski instructors are also always in attendance.
Currently there are over 180 established installation of this kind all over the world - especially in Europe.
The lake in the Western Cape is according to the international standards for Olympic use, therefore it can also be easily utilized for international water-ski, slalom and jumping events.
